He has appeared at all levels of Court in British Columbia, representing clients in motor vehicle accident claims, contractual disputes, and other insurance matters. Prior to articling, Stefan worked at the BC Securities Commission on an interprovincial derivatives regulation project. At law school, he volunteered with the Victoria chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada and maintains an active pro bono practice through his enrolment with the Barristers’ Roster Program with Access Pro Bono. Stefan is also active in the community for disability advocacy and is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors at Plan Institute. Her primary focus is personal injury and general litigation however, she has considerable experience in wills and estates, family law as well as corporate law.
